Exploration and Practice of Training Model for Excellent Talents in Vehicle Engineering

根据社会需要,结合学校和专业的发展需求,大连交通大学车辆工程专业在德育教育、学籍动态管理、实践与创新、教学管理等方面对车辆工程“詹天佑”班的培养模式进行了探索与实践,形成了车辆工程专业卓越人才特有的培养模式,对我国车辆工程专业卓越人才的培养起到了积极的推动作用。

According to the needs of society and the development needs of schools and specialties,the training mode of Zhan Tian-you class in vehicle engineering of Dalian Jiaotong University has been explored and practiced in the aspects of moral education,dynamic management of student status,practice and innovation,and teaching management. The unique training process of excellent talents in vehicle engineering has been formed.It has played a positive role in promoting excellent talents in vehicle engineering of our country.
