摘要
探索学科、专业、团队、实验室、人才培养基地五位一体建设,培养符合社会发展和用人单位需求的高质量应用型人才。坚持学科支撑作用,促进专业办学水平提升;坚持专业导向作用,促进学科建设水平提升;为了保证专业发展和学科发展共同进步,特别注重师资队伍发展和实验室发展,促进适应社会发展新型教学模式的改革;坚持校企共建人才培养基地,促进学生就业、创业、创新和综合素质提升。
This paper explores the five-in-one construction of discipline,specialty,team,laboratory and talent training base to cultivate high-quality applied talents meeting the needs of social development and employers.Adhere to the supporting role of disciplines to promote the level of professional education;Adhere to the role of professional guidance to promote the level of discipline construction;In order to ensure the common progress of professional development and discipline development,special attention should be paid to the development of teaching staff and laboratories,and the reform of new teaching mode adapted to social development should be promoted.Adhere to the school-enterprise joint talent training base,to promote the employment of students,entrepreneurship,innovation and comprehensive quality improvement.
