以食品科学与工程专业为例探讨“淘汰水课,打造金课”的可行方案 被引量:7

摘要 “淘汰水课、打造金课”是教育部日前为加快振兴本科教育,构建高水平人才培养体系对各高校及专业提出的目标。文章结合上海海洋大学食品科学与工程专业类课程建设经验,分析了目前专业培养方案存在的问题,从多重角度提出了打造金课、提升学习效果及培养高水平人才的方案及思路。 "The elimination of water course,the creation of Gold course" is the Ministry of Education in order to speed up the revitalization of undergraduate education,the construction of a high-level talent training system for colleges and universities to put forward the goal.Based on the experience of the course construction of food science and engineering specialty of Shanghai Ocean University,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current professional training scheme,and puts forward the schemes and ideas of building gold course,improving the learning effect and cultivating the high-level talents through multiple angles.
