省级实验教学示范中心师资队伍建设的改革与实践

目的:探索建立一支结构合理、专业素质过硬、具备一定创新能力的省级口腔医学实验教学示范中心师资队伍。方法:致力于两个方面的工作,一是采取多种措施提升现有教师综合素质,二是引进和选聘优秀人才。结果:师资队伍结构不断优化,素质不断提升,极大地推动了口腔医学专业教学的发展,促进了教学质量的提高。结论:结合实际,探索实施适合自身的师资队伍建设措施效果明显。

Objective:to explore the establishment of a provincial Stomatology Experimental Teaching demonstration Center with reasonable structure,excellent professional quality and creative ability.Methods:two aspects of the work were devoted,one is to take various measures to improve the comprehensive quality of the existing teachers, the other is to introduce and recruit outstanding talents.Results:the structure of the teaching staff was optimized and the quality of the teaching staff was improved,which greatly promoted the development of the teaching of stomatology and the improvement of the teaching quality.Conclusion:in combination with practice,it is very effective to explore and implement the measures of teaching staff construction suitable for ourselves.
