The Core Competence Requirements of Public Safety Education Teachers under the Background of the New Era

公共安全教育正越来越受到全社会的重视,如何办成社会满意的公共安全教育课程,全面提升相关教师的职业综合素养是关键。文章从分析上海市青少年公共安全教育的总体要求出发,以及作者在自身工作实践中的实际经验体会,认识到公共安全教师的专业技术能力、自我提升能力、分层教学能力、信息化分析能力等四大能力是新时代背景下公共安全教育教师综合素养中的核心能力。

Public safety education is being paid more and more attention by the whole society,how to carry out the public safety education with social satisfaction and how to improve the professional comprehensive accomplishment of the relevant teachers in an all-round way is the key.Based on the analysis of the overall requirements of public safety education for young people in Shanghai and the practical experience of the author in his own work practice,this paper realizes that the professional and technical ability,self-improvement ability and hierarchical teaching ability of public safety teachers,The ability of information analysis and other four abilities are the core competence of teachers' comprehensive literacy in public safety education under the background of the new era.
