为了能够紧随软件外包产业发展趋势,培养更多符合企业需求的软件人才,努力探索如何改革现有的人才培养模式,优化课程设置,推进校企合作,同时引入研究型教学模式和多元化评价体系,切实提高计算机专业学生在软件外包项目开发中的实践能力,使学生的综合素质更加贴近软件外包企业的岗位要求,培养科学基础、实践能力和人文素养等方面得到融合发展的实战型人才。

In order to follow the development trend of software outsourcing industry and train more software talents who meet the needs of enterprises,we strive to explore how to reform the existing talent training model,optimize the curriculum and promote cooperation between schools and enterprises.In the same time,introduce research-oriented teaching mode and diversified evaluation system,to improve the practical ability of computer major students in software outsourcing projects,and make the comprehensive quality of students is closer to the post requirements of software outsourcing enterprises,and train actual combat talents whose scientific foundation,practical ability,humanistic literacy and other aspects are integrative developed.
