摘要
智能手机的普及以及功能的日益强大,占据了大学生越来越多的时间与精力,逐渐影响了大学生的学习、生活甚至未来。文章运用问卷的方式调查了扬州大学的学生手机成瘾、学习倦怠、未来时间洞察力的现状,结合津巴多时间心理学相关理论和StormA.King的网络成瘾悖论,提出三种中介效应假设,并运用多元层次回归分析法验证中介效应,结果发现:大学生手机成瘾在未来时间洞察力和学习倦怠之间起到部分中介作用;大学生未来时间洞察力在手机成瘾和学习倦怠之间起着部分中介作用;学习倦怠在未来时间洞察力和手机成瘾中起完全中介作用。对这三种中介作用的进一步分析显示,(1)手机成瘾有双重危害,既会导致学生学习倦怠,又会影响学生对时间的认知,玩物丧志;(2)未来时间洞察力通过直接和间接两种方式影响学习倦怠;(3)相较于未来时间洞察力,学习倦怠对手机成瘾的影响更大。在此基础上,文章提出通过提高未来时间洞察力来降低学习倦怠和通过降低学习倦怠减少手机成瘾的相关建议。
The popularization and the increasingly powerful function of smart phone occupy more and more time and energy of college students,they gradually affect the study,life and even the future of college students.Therefore,this paper takes Yangzhou University as an example,uses questionnaires to survey mobile phone addition,learning burnout, and future time insight of college students.Based on the related theory of Zimbabwe's time psychology and Storm A. King's paradox of Internet addition,this paper raises and tests three hypothesis of intermediary affect.The results show that:smart phone addition plays a part intermediary role between the future time insight and learning burnout.The future time insight plays a part intermediary role between smart phone addition and learning burnout.Learning burnout plays a full intermediary role between the future time insight and smart phone addition.Learning burnout plays a full role in the future of time insight and mobile phone addiction.Further analysis of these three intermediary effects shows that (1) There are double hazards to mobile phone addiction,which will not only cause students to study burnout,but also affect students 'perception of time.Lead students to lose their minds (2) Future time insight can affect learning burnout in both direct and indirect ways.(3) Compared with future time insight,learning burnout has a greater impact on mobile phone addiction.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce learning burnout by improving future time perception and reduce smart phone addiction by reducing learning burnout.
