对外交流项目促进涉林学科人才培养模式改革研究——以山东农业大学林学学科为例

Research on the Reform of Personnel Training Mode for Forest Related Majors by Foreign Exchange Programs——Taking Forestry Discipline of Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

进入21世纪以来,中外高校之间的合作交流日益频繁,教师互访、学生互派、学术交流等方面都取得了较好的成绩,推进了我国高等教育国际化的进程,同时也带来了新的机遇和挑战。文章以山东农业大学涉林学科为例,探讨了山东农业大学与美国密西西比州立大学“3+1+N”合作项目对涉林学科人才培养模式改革的作用和意义。

Since 21 century,the cooperation and communication frequency between domestic and foreign universities is increasing.Achievements are obtained from mutual visit of teachers,mutual sending of students,and academic exchange,which promoted the process of internationalization of higher education,and brought new opportunities and challenges.The article took forestry major in Shandong Agricultural University as an example,discussed the role and significance of "3+1+N" corporation program between Shandong Agricultural University and Mississippi State University on the reformof personnel training mode for forest related majors.
