摘要
基于学习产出(Outcomes-based Education,简称OBE)的理念,课题组开展了“哲学与自然科学”通识课程改革与实施,重点开展了通识课程的教学方法与课程评价的多元化、采取激励机制赋予教学动力、学生反馈来反向设计教学互动的教学改革与实践。教学方法中引入“设题—研讨—分析”型教学,同时保障体系中采取激励和退出机制,最后通过不记名式调查问卷的方式来分析和指导教学内容优化等,这对进一步完善通识课程的教育、提升学生自我学习和终身学习的能力都具有较好的参考意义。
Based on the idea of learning output (Outcomes-based Education,),the research group carried out the reformand implementation of the general course of philosophy and Natural Science,with emphasis on the diversification of teaching methods and course evaluation.The teaching reform and practice of teaching interaction should be designed by means of incentive mechanism and students' feedback.In the teaching method,the teaching model of "problem setting,discussion and analysis" is introduced.At the same time,the incentive and withdrawal mechanism is adopted in the guarantee system.Finally,an anonymous questionnaire is used to analyze or guide the optimization of the teaching content.The education of the general knowledge course and the improvement of students' self-learning and lifelong learning ability have good reference significance.
