摘要
在研究、借鉴行动学习基本理论、内涵的基础上,探讨了《管理沟通》课程行动学习式课堂教学改革,梳理、归纳了课堂教学改革的内容,设计了《管理沟通》课程行动学习式课堂教学改革实施方案,以促进学生在团队互助、主动学习、质疑思考、解决问题等系统性程序中来学习、实践管理沟通技能。同时,用以探索高等教育课堂教学模式、教学方法,促进高等教育全面提高应用型人才培养质量。
On the basis of studying,drawing lessons from the basic theory and connotation of action learning,this paper probes into the reform of action learning classroom teaching in the course of "Management Communication", combs and sums up the contents of classroomteaching reform.In order to promote the students to learn in the systematic process of mutual assistance,active learning,questioning and thinking,problem-solving and so on,the author designed the implementation plan of the classroom teaching reform in the course of "Management Communication",so as to practice the skills of management and communication.At the same time,it is used to explore the classroom teaching mode and teaching method of higher education,and to promote the higher education to improve the quality of applied talents training in an all-round way.
