摘要
“90后”研究生是研究型大学科技创新的主导力量,其群体管理模式主要包括研究生主体、综合素质等方面的日常管理,和研究生课程阶段相关的课程管理,以及导师与科研管理和就业指导。研究型大学、硕士生导师和研究生要重视并充分利用这些因素,采取相应的措施,完善和加强研究生的群体管理模式,从而提升研究生的综合素质。
The "90s postgraduates" is the leading force in research-based universities' scientific and technological innovation.Their group management models mainly include daily management of postgraduate subjects and comprehensive quality,as well as curriculum management related to postgraduate courses,as well as tutors and research management and employment guidance.Research universities,master's tutors and postgraduate students should attach importance to and make full use of these factors,and take corresponding measures to improve and strengthen the group management model of postgraduate students,thus improving the overall quality of postgraduate students.
