病案教学法在内科教学中的体会

Experience of Medical Record Teaching Method in Internal Medicine Teaching

病案教学法主要是以病案为基础的一种教学方法。内科学是具有很强实践性的临床学科,传统的教学方法单调且陈旧,学生被动接受知识,缺乏主动积极性。近年来,我院对实习生尝试在内科实习教学中导入病案教学法,取得了满意的效果。病案教学法的广泛应用能够提高内科学的教学效果,不仅培养学生的综合实践能力,提高团队教学能力,还能很好地调动学生的学习兴趣,为学生从事内科的临床实践打下坚实的基础。

Medical record teaching method is mainly a teaching method based on medical record.Internal science is a very practical clinical discipline,the traditional teaching methods are monotonous and old,students passively accept knowledge,lack of active enthusiasm.In recent years,our hospital has made a satisfactory effect on the introduction of medical record teaching method in the practice of internal medicine,and the wide application of medical record teaching method can improve the teaching effect of internal science,not only cultivate students ' comprehensive practical ability, improve team teaching ability,but also arouse students ' interest in learning well. For students to engage in the clinical practice of internal medicine to lay a solid foundation.
