摘要
正面管教在美国已有近40年的历史,目前已经成为60个国家管教孩子的“黄金准则”。正面管教的理念和方法也早就被中国的父母以及教育工作者接受并广泛传播。鼓励是正面管教的基石,是赋予学生力量和改变学生行为的关键。但并非所有的表扬都是鼓励,教师必须走出表扬等于鼓励的误区,践行正面管教理念,运用正面管教工具,对学生应该多鼓励,少表扬,多描述,少评价,发挥鼓励的强大功能。
Positive Discipline,with a history of 40 years in the United States,has become the golden rule for children in nearly 60 countries nowadays.The concept and method of Positive Discipline have already been widely accepted and spread by parents and educators in China.Encouragement is the cornerstone of Positive Discipline, encouraging students improve and behavior better.However,encouragement is not meaning any form of praising. Educators must get out of the misunderstanding,practice the concept of positive education and use positive education tools.We need more encouragement and description,less praises and evaluation.We should make the most of Positive Discipline.
