摘要
我国人口老龄化的趋势在短时间内无法逆转,因此未来社会对康复治疗技术的需求将不断增加。我国高等职业院校相关专业还处在摸索期,在人才培养方面也存在诸多问题,需要通过树立市场就业导向、构建应用型人才培育课程体系以及不断创新教学方法的方式进行改进。
The trend of population aging in China can not be reversed in a short time,and the demand for rehabilitation treatment technology will continue to increase in the future.The relevant specialties of Higher Vocational Colleges in China are still in the exploratory stage,and there are many problems in training talents.It needs to be improved by setting up market employment orientation,constructing curriculum system for cultivating applied talents and constantly innovating teaching methods.
