摘要
通过实证分析研究了大学生的就业绩效及其影响因素。分析结果表明,当前大学生的就业绩效总体并不理想,而性别、家庭背景、学习成绩及实践经历等对学生的就业绩效有显著的影响。在研究的基础上,结合地方院校特点,提出了促进就业的若干举措。
The employment performance of college students and its influencing factors were studied.The results showed that the current employment performance of college students was not ideal.Gender,family background,academic performance and practical experience have a significant impact on students' employment performance.Based on our research combined with the characteristics of local colleges students,several measures to promote employment have been proposed.
