摘要
针对理工科专业人才培养过程中存在的与社会产业需求脱节等人才培养模式问题,深入开展了基于成果导向理念的理工科专业人才培养模式研究,创建了基于成果导向教育的理工科专业校企合作人才培养模式,构建了“5环节、8步骤”的一体化教学设计,重组了扁平化的课程体系,搭建了开放式创客空间,实施了“四位一体”的校企合作教学模式,通过持续改进与实践,达到了理工科专业人才培养的预期目标。
Aiming at the problem of talent training mode in the process of cultivating science and engineering professionals,which is out of line with the needs of social industry,the research on the training model of science and engineering professionals based on the output-based education was carried out,and the school-enterprise cooperation of science and engineering based on output-based education was established.The talent training model has built an integrated teaching design of "5 links and 8 steps",reorganize the flat curriculum system,built an open maker space,and implement the "four-in-one" school-enterprise cooperation teaching model.Continuous improvement and practice have achieved the expected goals of training talents in science and engineering.
