基于“工匠精神”的技工院校人才培养模式的探索——以北京轻工技师学院航空服务专业为例

Exploration on Talent Cultivation Mode of Technical Colleges Based on "Craftsman Spirit"——Taking Aviation Service Major of Beijing Institute of Light Industry Technician as an Example

文章以北京轻工技师学院航空服务专业为例,论述了“工匠精神”对技工院校人才培养的指导性意义。我院基于“工匠精神”的内涵,构建了技工院校航空服务专业人才培养模式;构建了“能力递进、工学结合、职业素养全程培养”的专业课程体系;改革教学方法和考核体系、强化素质教育,突显“工匠精神”的内涵。

Taking aviation service major of Beijing Institute of Light Industry and Technology as an example,this paper discusses the guiding significance of "craftsman spirit" to talent training of technical colleges.Based on the connotation of "craftsman spirit",our college constructs the training mode of aviation service professionals in technical colleges.The professional curriculum system of "progressive ability,integration of work and study,and whole-course cultivation of professional quality" was constructed.Reform teaching methods and assessment system,strengthen quality education,highlight the connotation of "craftsman spirit".
