Education plays an important role in the economic development of border areas.To comprehensively improve the education quality of schools,the key lies in building a team of teachers with noble ethics,excellent quality and superb business skills,enhancing the improvement of teachers' professional level and further promoting the development of national education.Based on the analysis of the professional development of teachers in border areas,and combining with the local special situation,this paper discusses the factors affecting the professional development of teachers in border areas,so as to provide the basis for further exploring effective strategies to promote the professional development of teachers in border areas.
