随着知识经济的迅速发展,大学生群体在社会发展过程中承担着十分重要的角色,大学生群体是引领国家经济发展、实现国家经济转型换代的主力军。文章基于民办高校的诸多特点,分析民办高校就业服务质量体系的现状和问题,进行深入的理论研究,提出优化目前新时期民办高校就业服务质量的有效途径,为民办高校就业服务质量的提升提供有益的参考与借鉴。

With the rapid development of knowledge economy,college students play a very important role in the process of social development.College students are the main force leading the national economic development and realizing the transformation of the national economy.Based on the characteristics of private colleges and universities,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of the employment service quality system of private colleges and universities,carries out in-depth theoretical research,and puts forward effective ways to optimize the employment service quality of private colleges and universities in the new era,so as to provide useful reference for the improvement of the employment service quality of private colleges and universities.
