乡村振兴战略下农村籍大学生返乡就业的意愿及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Willingness and Influencing Factors of Rural College Students to Return to Employment under the Strategy of Village Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是目前研究的热点问题之一,而人才是振兴乡村的第一要素。近年来,随着我国高等教育不断普及,农村籍高校毕业生数量持续增多,这些高校毕业生是否愿意返乡就业、创业对乡村振兴战略实施的成功与否有着重大的联系。文章通过对当前农村籍大学生返乡就业的意愿进行研究,进而分别从自身、家庭、学校、政府、社会等视角进行分析,从而得出乡村振兴战略背景下农村籍高校毕业生返乡就业、创业的意愿及其影响因素,并提出相关对策与建议。

In recent years,with the popularization of higher education in China and the continuous increase in the number of graduates from rural colleges and universities,whether these college graduates are willing to return to employment and start a business is crucial to the success of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Through the study of the current willingness of rural college students to return to employment,and then from the perspective of their own,family,school,social government and so on,the paper obtains the willingness of rural college graduates to return to employment and start a business under the background of rural revitalization strategy and its influencing factors,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
