摘要
从烹饪专业应用型本科人才培养与课程教学现状来看,专业的人才培养教育与课程教学过程存在诸多问题,影响着专业的发展。为促进烹饪与营养教育专业的发展,培养出专业型高素质的应用人才,作者从人才培养过程中存在的课程教学问题入手,结合桂林旅游学院烹饪与营养教育专业人才培养模式及教学方式分析,在此基础上探究烹饪专业应用型本科课程的教学提升策略。
From the current status of undergraduate talent training and curriculum teaching in the culinary specialty,there are many problems in the professional talent training and curriculum teaching process,which affects the professional development.In order to promote the development of cuisine and nutritional education professional, cultivate apparatus of high quality applied talents,the author,from the perspective of the talents cultivation problems existed in the process of teaching,combination of Guilin tourism college,cooking and nutrition education in applied undergraduate talents training mode analysis,on the basis of exploring the cooking and nutrition education major applied undergraduate course teaching to promote strategy.
