药剂科优化管理对医院抗菌药物使用合理的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究药剂科优化管理对医院抗菌药物使用合理的影响。方法:本院于2016年6月实施药剂科优化管理,将2015年5月至2016年5月未实施优化管理前的处方作为管理前组,将2016年6月至2017年6月药剂科实施优化管理后的处方作管理后组,比较两组抗菌药物用药不合理情况、用药费用、用药量、用药时间、联合用药情况。结果:管理后组实施优化管理后抗菌药品用药不合理率为13.33%低于未优化管理前组的38.33%(P<0.05);管理后组实施优化管理后用药金额、用药量、用药时间均少于管理前组(P<0.05);管理后组实施优化管理后一联用药构成比高于管理前组,二联用药、三联用药构成比均低于管理前组(P<0.05)。结论:实施药剂科优化管理可有效减少抗菌药物使用量、使用金额,促进用药合理性。 Objective: To study the effects of optimization management of pharmacy department on the rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals. Methods: In June 2016,the optimization management of pharmacy department was implemented in the hospital,and the prescriptions before implementation of optimization management from May 2015 to May 2016 were set as pre-management group,and the prescriptions after implementation of optimization management of pharmacy department from June 2016 to June 2017 were set as post-management group.The unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs,medication cost,medication dosage,administration time and medication combination were compared between the two groups. Results: After implementation of optimization management,the unreasonable rate of antibacterial drug use in post-management group was lower than that in pre-management group(13.33% vs 38.33%)(P <0.05).After implementation of optimization management,the medication cost,medication dosage and administration time in post-management group were less than those in pre-management group(P <0.05).After implementation of optimization management,the composition ratio of one medication combination in post-management group was higher than that in pre-management group, and the composition ratios of bigeminy medication combination and trigeminy medication combination were lower than those in pre-management group(P <0.05).Conclusions: Optimization management of pharmacy department can effectively reduce the dosage and cost of antibacterial drugs, and promote the rationality of medication.
