基于多学科联动机制下的六西格玛管理法在多重耐药菌感染防控中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价基于多学科联动机制下的六西格玛管理法防控多重耐药菌的效果,为预防和控制多重耐药菌提供科学依据。方法:选取我院2018年1月至2019年4月期间所有入住ICU的患者为研究对象,2018年1月至2018年8月收集多重耐药菌的防控基本情况为对照组,2018年9月至2019年4月则在对照组基础上实行基于多学科联动机制下的六西格玛管理法为观察组。比较干预前后的多重耐药菌检出率、多重耐药菌有效隔离率、多重耐药菌感染发现率。结果:多重耐药菌检出率由对照组的71.1%下降为观察组的33.7%,两组多重耐药菌检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=24.24,P<0.01)。多重耐药菌有效隔离率率由对照组的66.3%上升到观察组的98.8%,差异有统计学意义,(χ^2=4.16,P<0.05);多重耐药菌有效隔离率率由对照组的66.3%上升到观察组的98.8%,差异有统计学意义,(χ^2=4.16,P<0.05)。结论:基于多学科联动机制下的六西格玛管理法,可提高医护人员掌握感染防控知识、操作技能水平及护理工作的认可度,从而降低多重耐药菌检出率、多重耐药菌有效隔离率、多重耐药菌感染发现率,防控效果显著。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Six Sigma Management Based on multidisciplinary linkage mechanism in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria.Methods: All patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The basic situation of prevention and control of multi-drug-resistant bacteria collected from January 2018 to August 2018 was the control group.From September 2018 to April 2019,the Six Sigma management method based on multi-disciplinary linkage mechanism was adopted as the observation group on the basis of the control group. The detection rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria,effective isolation rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria and infection detection rate of multidrug- resistant bacteria before and after intervention were compared.Results: The detection rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria decreased from 71.1% in the control group to 33.7% in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups in the detection rate of multidrug- resistant bacteria (χ^2= 24.24,P < 0.01).The effective isolation rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria increased from 66.3% in the control group to 98.8% in the observation group (χ^2= 4.16,P < 0.05).The effective isolation rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria increased from 66.3% in the control group to 98.8% in the observation group (χ^2= 4.16,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the Six Sigma management method under the multi-disciplinary linkage mechanism,it can improve the knowledge of infection prevention and control,the level of operation skills and the recognition of nursing work,thus reducing the detection rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria,the effective isolation rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria,and the detection rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria infection.The prevention and control effect is remarkable.
