摘要 以往的研究大都从教学和科研的角度出发,考察高校外语教师的发展现状及发展路径,鲜有提及教师的社会服务问题。山东省新旧动能转换背景下,地方性大学的开放性、服务性诉求日渐凸显,这对高校教师提出了社会服务的期待。作者拟联系高校外语教师的发展实际,探讨如何将教师的社会服务和教学、科研、学生创新创业实践相结合,从而探索高校外语教师发展的新路径。 From the perspective of teaching and scientific research,most previous studies have investigated the current situation and development path of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities,but few mention has been made of the social service of teachers.Under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province,the opening and service demands of local universities are becoming more and more prominent, which puts forward the expectation of social service for college teachers.The author intends to discuss how to combine teachers' social service with teaching,scientific research and students' innovative and entrepreneurial practice in order to explore a new path for the development of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in the light of the development practice of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities.
