摘要
为了在高等工科教育中培养学生的工程能力,包括观察能力,发现问题、解决问题的能力,选择了一个工程特征鲜明的专业课程作为实例,建立了与理论教学密切对应的宏观环境和微观场景实习基地作为新的教学模式。这种实习教学模式的建立,可以提升教学的效果和品质,使得教学紧跟学科发展步伐,通过深入实习基地和与实践相结合的宽口径教学实习安排,培养和发掘学生的创新能力。通过建立新型的工程实践环境和工程实践教学模式,实现在教学上的做实做细、求质求效,这种走向工业生产实际、扩展专业教学视野、加强与工程实践紧密结合的教学模式,是一种可复制的卓越工程科技人才培养的有效模式,能够使得学生工程能力得到提高。
In order to to train the students' engineering ability in the higher engineering education,including the ability to observe,discover and solve the problems,a professional course with distinctive features is chosen as an example, and the macro environment and microcosmic environment closely corresponding to the theory teaching are established. The scene practice base is a new teaching model.The establishment of this practice teaching mode can improve the effect and quality of teaching,make the teaching follow the pace of the development of the subject,and train and discover the students' creative ability through the deep practice base and the arrangement of the wide bore teaching practice which combines with the practice.Through the establishment of a new engineering practice environment and engineering practice teaching model,the goal of quality and efficiency in teaching is achieved.it is an effective mode that can be replicated in the training of in outstanding engineering talents and it can improve the students' engineering ability.
