摘要
我国在20世纪90年代提出“素质教育”。随着改革开放的深入、“科教兴国”战略的提出和义务教育的全面普及,素质教育作为教育改革深化发展的产物已逐渐成为我国教育界的主流思想。彼时同为东亚国家的日本在同时期也进行了教育改革,并于1996年提出了“生存力教育”。作者对这两个教育理念在实施背景、内容政策以及培养目标三个方面进行了比较分析,以期为我国更好地推行素质教育提供参考。
China put forward "quality education" in the 1990s.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the "rejuvenating the country through science and education" strategy and the all-round popularization of compulsory education,quality education,as the product of the deepening development of education reform,has gradually become the mainstream thought in our educational circles.Japan,which was also an East Asian country at that time,also carried out educational reform at the same time and put forward "surviability education" in 1996.The author makes a comparative analysis of the two educational concepts in three aspects:implementation background,content policy and training objectives,with a view to providing reference for better implementation of quality education in China.
