摘要
食用菌栽培学是食用菌学专业的主干必修课程,课程内容具有很强的实践性和应用性。根据食用菌栽培学的教学目的和课程体系,作者对课程的理论、实验与实践教学进行了重新设计和内容丰富,提升了课程的整体性、连贯性和实用性,以期为食用菌学专业的综合性教学改革与创新型人才培养提供重要的参考依据。
The edible mushroom cultivation,the main required course in mushroomology specialty,is a typical subject with strong practicality and applicability.According to the teaching goal and system of the edible mushroom cultivation,the authors redesign and enrich the theoretical,experimental and practical teaching of the subjects to improve the integrity,consistence and practicability of the course.Furthermore,this study also offers valuable evidences for comprehensiveness teaching reforms of mushroomology specialty and cultivation of innovation elite.
