摘要
目的:探索在互联网背景下,医院管理学课程教学应用新的教学模式的可行性。方法:采用自制调查问卷对传统教学与翻转课堂教学效果进行比较,主要指标为学生成绩和能力提升满意度评价,采用SPSS19.0软件进行数据处理。结果:在学生成绩和能力提升满意度评价各项指标中,实验组均优于对照组。结论:翻转课堂有其积极作用,但还须从课程、教师、学生三个层面进一步完善。
Objective to explore the feasibility of applying new teaching mode in hospital management course under the background of Internet.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to compare the effects of traditional teaching and flipping classroom teaching.The main indicators were the evaluation of students' achievement and ability improvement satisfaction,and the data processing with SPSS19.0 software.Results the experimental group was superior to the control group in evaluating the satisfaction degree of students' achievement and ability improvement.Conclusion flipping classroom has its positive effect,but it needs to be further improved from three levels:curriculum,teacher and student.
