都市型园艺产业作为都市型现代农业的重要组成部分,其发展离不开与之相适应的复合型、应用型园艺专业人才培养。北京农学院园艺专业围绕首都城市战略定位与国际一流和谐宜居之都建设的客观需要,结合学生多元化需求,在人才培养模式创新与改革、课程体系优化和实践教学平台构建等方面进行了积极探索与实践。总结了都市型现代农业园艺人才培养的实践效果,以为都市型现代农业园艺人才培养提供参考。

Urban horticulture industry is an important part of modern urban agriculture,and its development can not be separated from the cultivation of compound and applied horticulture talents.The horticulture major of Beijing University of Agriculture has actively explored and practiced in the aspects of talent training mode innovative and reform,curriculum system optimization and practical teaching platform construction around the objective needs of the strategic positioning of the capital city and the construction of the first-class international harmonious and livable capital, and combined with the diversified needs of students.And summarized the practical effect of talent training,in order to provide reference for the training of urban modern agricultural horticultural talents.
