Training Strategy of Advanced Applied Talents in Electronic Commerce Specialty

在国内电子商务高速发展的背景下,文章通过走访调研的方式对电子商务人才的校内培养情况和社会需求进行了梳理,总结了当前社会对电子商务人才的专业技能需求,分析了电子商务专业人才培养存在的问题及原因,提出了电子商务人才培养的改进建议。

Under the background of the rapid development of electronic commerce in China,the paper combs the training situation and social demand of e-commerce talents by visiting and investigating,summarizes the current social demand for the professional skills of electronic commerce talents,and analyzes the problems and causes of the training of electronic commerce professionals.Some suggestions on how to improve the training of e-commerce talents are put forward.
