数控专业国际化人才培养模式的探究

Research on the Training Mode of Internationalized Talents in NC Specialty

国际化人才培养是“一带一路”背景下教育开放工作的一个重要理念,为各高等职业教育的专业教学改革提供了新思路。文章分析了数控专业国际化人才培养的重要意义,介绍了构建面向国际化的数控专业人才培养目标和模式,研究了国际化人才培养模式下的实践教学创新模式,最后对开展国际化人才培养模式改革的教学成效进行分析与总结。

The training of internationalized talents is an important concept of education opening under the background of "one belt and one road".It provides a new idea for the professional teaching reform of higher vocational education.This paper analyses the significance of internationalized talents training for NC specialty,introduces the goal and mode of internationalized talents training for NC specialty,studies the innovative mode of practical teaching under the mode of internationalized talents training,and finally analyses and summarizes the teaching effect of reforming the mode of internationalized talents training.
