三维变形管用于燃气轮机进气加热器上的传热特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过模拟燃机进气加热器实际运行的工况条件,将三维变形管用于燃机进气加热器,对管内传热性能进行研究,发现相对于圆管,三维变形管管内传热系数可提高31.6%。对采用三维变形管和H型翅片管的换热器进行了试验测试,结果表明,三维变形管换热器壳侧传热系数明显优于H型翅片管换热器,且空气流速越高,优势越明显,但同时压降也会增大;随着空气流速的变化,三维变形管换热器的综合换热性能优于H型翅片管换热器。 In this article , the 3D-deformation tube was used for the gas turbine inlet air heater, by operating conditions of the gas turbine inlet heater were simulated,study the heat transfer performance of the tube,it shows that compared with the round tube,the heat transfer coefficient of the tube can be increased by 31.6%. The heat exchangers with 3D-deformation tube and H-type finned tube were tested. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the shell side of the tube heat exchanger is obviously better than that of the H-type finned tube heat exchanger.
