摘要
据相关主管部门统计,现阶段南京市每年产生工程渣土约2000万m3,泥浆约400万t,拆建约400万t。本文首先对建筑垃圾处理现状进行简单介绍,再指出目前南京建筑垃圾处理所存在的问题。最后,从完善建筑垃圾专项规划、建立以政府为主导的建筑垃圾资源化处理体系、推广应用再生产品和落实补贴政策等四个方面提出建筑垃圾资源化利用的相关措施建议。
According to the statistics of relevant competent departments, at this stage, Nanjing produces about 20 million cubic meters of Engineering dregs, about 4 million tons of mud and about 4 million tons of demolition and construction. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the current situation of construction waste treatment, and then points out the existing problems of Nanjing construction waste treatment. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant measures and suggestions from four aspects: improving the special planning of construction waste, establishing a government-led construction waste recycling treatment system, promoting the application of recycled products and implementing subsidy policies.
