摘要 提出一种快件物流过程状态检测的方法及其配套系统,通过多种传感器组合,收集快件的实时振动加速度、温湿度、光照强度等数据及地理位置信息,经通讯模块传送给中央处理器,利用相应智能算法对数据进行分析处理,将各种异常情况分类,最后反馈到应用程序端上供用户查询。以此有效地对快件的装卸搬运、分拣、包装、运输过程状态实时进行客观评价和分析,以期有助于规范物流作业操作,减少暴力分拣、不当运输等现象的发生。 This paper proposes a method of status detection for express logistics processes as well as its supporting system. More specifically, through various combinations of sensors, such information as the real- time vibration acceleration, temperature and humidity, light intensity, etc., and the geographical location of the express parcels in transit are collected and transmitted to the central processor unit via the communication module. Then the corresponding intelligent algorithm is used to analyze and process the data, classify the various abnormal conditions, and finally have them fed back to the application terminal for the viewing of the users. In this way, the state of loading, unloading, handling, sorting, packaging and transportation of the express parcels can be effectively and objectively assessed and analyzed in real time, which could help regulate the logistics operations and reduce the occurrence of violent sorting and improper transportation, etc.
