摘要
供应链利益的合理分配对供应链稳定运行和长期发展有重要意义,考虑港口供应链作为一种服务供应链,在收益分配研究中缺少基于客户满意度的考量的情况,在Stackelberg博弈模型和传统Shapley值法基础上,采用因子分析法对多种影响客户满意度的指标进行测评确定权重,并以TOPSIS法修正原始Shapley值,得到了考虑客户满意度的Shapley值。最后通过实例分析,验证修正后的Shapley值法在指标分析、权重确定、收益分配等方面的合理性,以及其对港口供应链收益分配的适用性。
In this paper, seeing that there is little consideration of customer satisfaction in researches on profit distribution of the port supply chain, and on the basis of the Stackelberg game model and the traditional Shapley method, we adopted the factor analysis method to evaluate and determine the weight of the various indexes affecting customer satisfaction, and using the TOPSIS method to modify the original Shapley value, obtained the Shapley value with customer satisfaction consideration. Finally, through a case analysis, we validated the rationality of the revised Shapley method in index analysis, weight determination, and profit distribution, etc., as well as its applicability in port supply chain profit distribution.
