摘要
为解决某豆制品企业仓储问题,寻找一种适合生鲜企业的仓储优化方法。提出了一种基于SLP和Flexsim动态结合的仓储优化手段。对现有的仓储情况进行调研,建立Flexsim模型,通过仿真找到制约企业的“瓶颈”,利用仿真后的数据统计,精确模拟企业在仓储中的流通量。根据仿真的结果和统计的数据,借助SLP方法,进行仓储布局优化并改进设备数量和性能。再次利用Flexsim建立优化后的模型进行仿真,验证优化后仓储的可行性,并对优化后的不合理之处进行改进,使企业的出库能力得到大幅度提升,作业设备的压力减小,仓储设备利用率大大提高。
In this paper, in order to solve the storage problem of a soybean product enterprise, we attempted to find a storage optimization method suitable for fresh product enterprises. First we proposed a storage optimization method based on the dynamic combination of SLP and Flexsim, investigated the current storage situation of the enterprise, and established the Flexsim model to find the bottleneck restricting the enterprise. Next using the simulation data, we accurately calculated the storage volume of the enterprise and then using the SLP method, optimized the layout of the warehouse as well as the number and performance of the equipment and facilities. At the end, again using Flexsim, we built the optimized simulation model to verify the feasibility of the optimized storage processes, and improve on the inefficiencies after the optimization, until the outbound capacity of the enterprise was greatly improved, the pressure on the operating equipment reduced, and the equipment utilization ratio greatly raised.
