摘要
根据M公司货物入库作业流程,利用Flexsim仿真软件进行建模仿真研究,通过仿真研究发现了M公司仓储中心货物入库操作的问题,通过仿真数据研究分析,调整了设备数量及相关参数,优化后仿真结果表明M公司货物入库效率得到提高,解决了货物堆积问题。
In this paper, we used the Flexsim simulation software to study the working process of the inbound operation of the company M through which to find the problems existing with the inbound operations of the company. Next, based on the simulation data, we adjusted the number of equipment and the related parameters of the simulation to yield better results. The outcome of the optimized simulation showed that the efficiency of the inbound operations of the company was much enhanced, thus solving the problem of cargo backlogging.
