摘要
军事物流能力是海军基地后勤保障能力的综合体现,是后勤系统要素集成的结果,也是后勤建设与管理的核心与目标。从军事物流职能、任务情境、效率与效益四个维度进行海军基地军事物流能力需求与设计分析,既体现了现代军事物流的系统性要求,也体现了海军基地任务使命的实践要求。
In this paper, from the four dimensions which are military logistics function, task scenario, efficiency and benefit, we analyzed the demand and design of the military logistics capability of the naval base, which aimed not only to reflect the systemic requirements of modern military logistics operations, but also embody the practical requirements of the tasks and missions of the naval base.
