Evaluation of Inbound and Outbound Capability of Vehicle Equipment Warehouse

为了评估后方车辆器材仓库的收发能力,结合车辆器材仓库收发作业的流程和特点,利用离散事件系统理论分析了收发系统的作业构成、影响因素,并对收发系统建立排队论模型,结合某车辆器材仓库的实际作业情况,进行收发能力评估,从中总结出如何对人员、机械设备、车辆等进行合理配置,从而提高车辆器材仓库的收发能力。

In order to evaluate the inbound and outbound capability of a backside vehicle equipment warehouse, and in combination with the process and characteristics of the receiving and dispatching operation of the warehouse, we used the discrete event system theory to analyze the operation structure and influencing factors of the inbound and outbound system, and established the queuing theory model for the inbound and outbound system. Next, in view of the actual operation of a certain vehicle equipment warehouse, we evaluated the ability of the warehouse in terms of receiving and sending shipments, based on which we summarized how to properly configure the personnel, machinery, vehicles, etc., so as to improve the inbound and outbound capacity of the vehicle equipment warehouse.
