2010年～2017年我国穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Acupoint Sticking for Infantile Pneumonia from 2010 to 2017

目的对2010年~2017年我国有关穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的相关文献进行计量学分析。方法计算机检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang、CBM数据库,检索穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎相关文献,检索时限为2010年~2017年。由2名研究者独立筛选文献,采用Note Express 3.2进行文献管理和数据提取,采用Excel 2007对数据进行统计学分析。结果共纳入176篇文献,第一作者分布于全国25个省、直辖市及自治区;其中22项研究有资金支持;纳入文献研究内容主要为临床研究,治疗小儿肺炎多选用肺俞、膻中、天突等穴位,110篇报道了诊断标准,80篇报道了临床疗效评价标准;176篇文献共发表在90余种期刊上,多数作者单位为医院。结论穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎日渐得到国内研究者的青睐,但其仍处于发展阶段,望今后不断提高此方向临床研究水平及文献报道水平。

Objective To analyze the literatures of acupoint sticking for infantile pneumonia from 2010 to 2017.Methods The related articles about infantile pneumonia by acupoint sticking were selected from CNKI、VIP、WanFang and CBM between 2010 and 2017.Two researchers selected literatures,used Note Express 3.2 software to manage and extract them,and analyzed the bibliometric statuse of datas by Excel 2007.Results A total of 176 articles were excluded.Of them,the anthors were from 25 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,22 articles had research funds,the main reseach was focused on clinical experience.The commonly used acupoint sticking was Feishu,Danzhong and Tiantu.110 articles reported diagnostic criterions and 80 articles reported rapetltic effect evalnation criterion about infantile pneumonia,176 articles were printed on 90 kinds of journals,and research institutions were mainly medical institutions.Conclusion Acupoint sticking for infantile pneumonia has been paid more attention by researchers in recent years.However,researchers should strengthen the cooperation between institutions,so as to improve the region of research design and level of research on infantile pneumonia.
