北京市大学生参与临终关怀志愿服务现状的访谈研究

Present Situation of College Students in Beijing Participate in Hospice Care Volunteer Service: An Interview Study

为了解社会各界对临终关怀志愿服务的看法、归纳临终关怀志愿服务能力的要素和需求,运用质性研究的方法,对北京地区临终关怀机构负责人员、社会志愿服务团体、医院护士长以及有关专家等人员进行个别深入访谈。通过分析,提炼出三个主题:临终关怀志愿服务的现状、大学生参与临终关怀的主要形式以及相应的能力需求。北京地区临终关怀志愿服务体系尚未建立成熟,大学生志愿者参与临终关怀服务以导医、慰问、死亡教育等非医疗护理的形式为主;虽然接触患者的机会较少,但在服务中对大学生的共情和倾听能力提出了较高的要求。

In order to understand the public views towards hospice care volunteer service and summarize the elements and needs of service ability, a qualitative study of individual in-depth interview is conducted among directors of hospice care institutions, social volunteer service organizations, head nurses of hospitals and relevant experts in Beijing. Three aspects are investigated: the status quo of hospice care voluntary service, the main forms of college student's participation in hospice care and the needs of their service ability. The results show that the voluntary service system of hospice care in Beijing has not been established yet. College student volunteers participated in hospice care mainly in the form of providing medical guidance, condolence, death education and other non-medical care. Although there are fewer opportunities for students to have interaction with patients, there are higher requirements for college students to improve their empathy and listening abilities in the service.
