社区护士与听力损失老年人沟通体验的现象学研究

Phenomenological Research of the Experience of Community Nurses in Communication with the Elderly with Hearing Loss

了解社区护士与听力损失老年人沟通时的情绪与认知体验。运用现象学研究法,选取某市级社区卫生服务中心12名护士进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi的现象学7步分析法分析资料。共提炼出2个类属6个主题,类属一:情绪情感体验,包括负性情绪、正性体验、同情心疲乏;类属二:认知体验,包括人文关怀的力量、患者依从性差、期望得到心理支持与知识培训。听力损失老年人易出现心理问题,可将叙事能力的培养作为改善护士工作体验的突破口,提高护士的共情能力与人文关怀能力,从而提高护理服务质量。

Aiming to find out community nurses' experience towards communicating with the elderly with hearing loss, a phenomenological approach was used in this study. 12 nurses in a community health service center at the municipal level were enrolled in an in-depth interview, and Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data. A total of 7 themes from 2 categories were extracted. The first category was emotional experience, including negative emotion, positive experience, and compassion fatigue. The second category was cognitive experience, including the power of humanistic care, poor patient compliance, expectations and opinions. The results showed that the elderly with hearing loss were prone to mental problems, the cultivation of narrative ability could be regarded as a breakthrough.
