Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on blood pressure and aldosterone level of refractory hypertension combined with aldosterone elevation. Methods 200 patients with refractory hypertension combined with aldosterone elevation who were admitted to emergency department of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities and Baise People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected. According to blood pressure, age and gender, they were randomly divided into 100 pairs, and the patients in the pair were assigned to the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. Results Before intervention, the difference in blood pressure between the two groups before the intervention was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the control group before and after the intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the aldosterone levels in the vertical and horizontal position in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively relieve blood pressure and aldosterone levels in patients with refractory hypertension and aldosterone and achieve a stable effect. Nursing interventions have certain effects on the stability of observation indexes such as hypertension and aldosterone, which are subject to fluctuations in emotional and physiological effects.
