输卵管切除和保守治疗对宫外孕患者性功能的影响分析

Comparison and analysis on effects of salpingectomy and conservative treatment on sexual function of patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的比较分析输卵管切除和保守治疗对宫外孕患者性功能的影响。方法选取2014年3月~2017年3月在我院就诊的宫外孕患者100例作为研究对象,根据采取的手术方案不同将其分为输卵管切除组(n=54)和保守组(n=46)。观察两组治疗前及治疗后不同时间点雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、卵巢功能评分及女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分。结果治疗前两组患者E2、P、T水平、卵巢功能评分、FSFI评分比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗完成后两组E2、P、T水平、卵巢功能及FEFI评分在不同时间节点均有下降,虽两组E2、P、T水平组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但保守组各阶段卵巢功能评分均明显较手术组低,而FEFI评分较手术组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管切除术及保守治疗对宫外孕患者性激素水平影响不具显著差异,但保守治疗或更利于卵巢功能恢复,对性功能的影响更小。

Objective To compare and analyze effects of salpingectomy and conservative treatment on sexual function of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as research objects. According to different operation plans, they were divided into the salpingectomy group (n=54) and the conservative group (n=46). Estrogen (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), ovarian function score and female sexual function index (FSFI) scores at different time points were observed before and after treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference in E2, P, T level, ovarian function score and FSFI score between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, E2, P, T levels, ovarian function and FEFI scores in two groups decreased at different time points, but there was no significant difference in E2, P and T levels between the two groups (P > 0.05).The ovarian function score of the conservative group was significantly lower than that of the salpingectomy group, but FEFI score was higher than that of the salpingectomy group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Salpingectomy and conservative treatment has no significant difference in the effect on sexual function of patients with ectopic pregnancy. But conservative treatment is more conducive to ovarian function recovery and its effect on sexual function is smaller.
