氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量舒芬太尼用于鼻内窥镜手术后镇痛效果

Analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with low-dose sufentanil after endoscopic sinus surgery

目的观察氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量舒芬太尼用于鼻内窥镜手术后镇痛效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月在本院择期行鼻内窥镜手术患者60例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分成氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼组(F+S组)和舒芬太尼组(SF组),每组30例,均行静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)。分别记录两组患者术后6h(T0)、12h(T1)、24h(T2)、48h(T3)视觉模拟评分(VAS)、自控次数(PCA),记录术后出血量,恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、嗜睡、呼吸抑制等不良反应。结果T0~T3时,两组各时间点VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCA按压次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);F+S组不良反应低于SF组(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量舒芬太尼用于鼻内窥镜手术后镇痛,安全有效,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with low-dose sufentanil after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 60 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and their ASA was of Ⅰ-Ⅱ level.They were randomly divided into the flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil group (F+S group) and the sufentanil group (SF group),with 30 cases in each group.All patients underwent patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA).The visual analogue scale (VAS) and the number of patient controlled analgesia (PCA) at 6h (T0),12h (T1),24h (T2) and 48h (T3) after operation of patients in two groups were recorded.Postoperative bleeding,nausea,vomiting,itchy skin,lethargy,respiratory depression and other adverse reactions were also recorded. Results At T0-T3,there was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups at each time point (P > 0.05).There was no difference in the number of PCA compressions (P > 0.05). The adverse reactions in the F+S group were lower than those in the SF group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with low-dose sufentanil for analgesia after endoscopic sinus surgery is safe and effective and it has fewer adverse reactions.
