综合护理对肺结核患者的生活质量及认知能力影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on quality of life and cognitive ability of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨综合护理对肺结核患者的生活质量及认知能力的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例肺结核患者(2017年1月~2018年9月)进行研究,随机分为两组,各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组:(1)疾病认知度评分;(2)服药依从性;(3)心理状态评分;(4)生活质量评分;(5)护理满意度。结果(1)护理后组间比较,观察组的疾病认知度评分、GQOLI-74各维度评分均较对照组更高,其心理状态各评分均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)服药总依从率、护理总满意率比较,观察组分别为94%、96%,均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可切实提高肺结核患者的疾病认知度、服药依从性,对其心理状态、生活质量予以改善,有利于提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life and cognitive ability of tuberculosis patients. Methods One hundred patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital (from January 2017 to September 2018) were selected to prospective study,all them were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The two groups were compared:Disease awareness score,medication compliance,psychological status score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction. Results (1)Compared with the control group,the disease recognition score and GQOLI-74 dimension score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the psychological state scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).(2)The total compliance rate and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group were 94% and 96%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the disease awareness and medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and improve their psychological status and quality of life,which is conducive to improving nursing satisfaction.
