ICU重症心力衰竭患者的血浆脑钠肽表达及对患者预后的影响研究

Study on the expression of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with severe heart failure and its effects on prognosis of patients

目的分析血浆脑钠肽在ICU重症心力衰竭患者中的表达及预后意义。方法选取我院ICU和心内科重症心力衰竭患者40例为观察组;同时期内选取40例轻中度心力衰竭患者为对照组。对两组患者都进行血浆脑钠肽检测。结果观察组患者所表达的血浆脑钠肽水平整体上要明显高于对照组患者,患者心功能分级不同,血浆脑钠肽的水平就不同,心功能情况也不同,患者的心功能分级程度越高,患者血浆脑钠肽表达水平就越高,呈正相关,同时患者的心功能情况就越差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组患者的心功能情况都要明显优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论内科医生可以根据患者血浆脑钠肽的表达水平来对患有重症心力衰竭的患者进行临床诊断,来判断患者的心功能情况,可以让患者尽早确诊疾病,尽早接受治疗,从而提高临床治疗效果,这也成为诊断重症心力衰竭患者的一项重要指标。

Objective To analyze the expression and prognostic significance of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with severe heart failure in ICU. Methods 40 patients with severe heart failure in ICU and department of cardiology in our hospital were selected as the observation group.40 patients with mild to moderate heart failure were selected as the control group.Plasma brain natriuretic peptide was detected in both groups. Results The levels of plasma brain natriuretic peptide expressed in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The patient’s cardiac function grade was different,the plasma brain natriuretic peptide level was different,and the cardiac function was different.The higher the degree of cardiac function classification, the higher the expression level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with a positive correlation,and the worse the cardiac function of patients.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The cardiac function of the control group was significantly better than that of the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion From this we can know that in the future clinical physicians can make a clinical diagnosis of patients with severe heart failure based on the expression level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients to determine the patient’s cardiac function, which can make patients get early diagnosis of the disease and early treatment,thereby improving the clinical treatment effects. It has become an important index for the diagnosis of patients with severe heart failure.
