曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

Analysis on curative effects of troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的分析对脑梗死患者实行曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与高压氧联合治疗对临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年5月在我院接受治疗的脑梗死患者80例作为临床研究对象,以治疗方式的不同分两组,实行曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗的患者设为对照组(40例),实行曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与高压氧联合治疗的患者设为观察组(40例),比较对临床疗效的影响。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果(97.50%)显著高于对照组的治疗效果(75.00%);观察组患者的Barthel评分(80.01±3.72)分以及Brunnstrom评分(76.93±3.70)分显著高于对照组患者的Barthel评分(53.01±3.65)分以及Brunnstrom评分(52.98±3.65)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑梗死患者实行曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物与高压氧联合治疗可有效改善其神经功能,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze curative effects of troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as clinical research objects. According to different treatment method,they were divided into two groups.40 patients who were treated with troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate were set as the control group and 40 patients who were treated with troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen were set as the observation group.The effects on clinical curative effects were compared. Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%).Barthel score (80.01±3.72) and Brunnstrom score(76.93±3.70)in the observation group were significantly higher than (53.01±3.65) and (52.98±3.65)in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve nerve function and it has high clinical application value.
