在青少年正畸固定矫治中应用动机性访谈对其口腔健康的影响研究

目的研究在青少年正畸固定矫治中应用动机性访谈对其口腔健康的影响。方法选取在我院接受正畸固定矫治的62例青少年患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研讨组,每组31例。参照组给予常规健康教育进行干预,研讨组给予动机性访谈进行干预,对两组干预效果进行观察分析。结果干预前两组健康认知水平和健康行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研讨组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组牙周情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研讨组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组不良情绪比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研讨组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈对正畸固定矫治青少年患者口腔健康状况的影响良好,可对患者的健康认知水平进行提升,改善其健康行为和牙周情况,提高其口腔健康水平,并可对其不良情绪进行消除,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of motivational interviewing in fixed orthodontic treatment of adolescents on oral health. Methods 62 adolescent patients who were given fixed orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 31 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine health education for intervention while the study group was given motivational interviewing for intervention.The effect of intervention of two groups was observed and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in health cognition level and health behavior between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).After intervention,health cognition level and health behavior in the study group was superior to those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in periodontal condition between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).After intervention,periodontal condition of the study group was superior to that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse emotions between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).After intervention,adverse emotions in the study group was superior to that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Motivational interviewing has good effects on oral health of adolescent patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment. It can improve patients’ health cognition level,improve their health behavior and periodontal condition,improve their oral health level and eliminate bad emotions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
