摘要 本文以葡萄糖和工业混合醇为原料,自制固体酸为催化剂,采用一步法合成烷基糖苷。通过单因素实验方法,讨论了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应物配比、加料方式对合成的影响,得出适宜的合成条件为:反应温度115~120℃,催化剂与葡萄糖质量比为0.015∶1;混合醇与葡萄糖物质的量比为5∶1,采用分批加料的方式。并对产物进行了红外表征及表(界)面性能测定。 In this paper, alkyl polyglycosides were synthesized by one-step method applied glucose and industrial mixed alcohol as raw materials and self-made solid acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, reactant ratio and feeding mode on synthesis were discussed by single factor experiment method. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as followed: reaction temperature was 115~120℃, the mass ratio of catalyst to glucose was 0.015:1, the molar ratio of mixed alcohol to glucose was 5:1, the method of batch feeding was adopted. The structure was characterized by IR. The surface tension and the interfacial tension was measured.
